Job Description:Titan Lansing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons, is a turn-key, logistics company servicing our customers from mine to well. Services include frac sand storage, trucking, sand production and transloading.
Position Overview
This position is accountable for leading maintenance team activities within area of responsibility. This senior-level position performs installations, overhauls, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of production and facility equipment, and acts in a lead role to ensure tasks and projects are completed according to established standards and quality. This position ensures that all activities are conducted according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership of installations and overhauls of equipment, and in routine and emergency maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose complex maintenance issues with a focus on continuous improvement, providing input and recommendations.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and work orders to lead team in appropriate actions regarding maintenance and service.
- Perform and ensure that regular preventive maintenance is complete and on-schedule, ensure that computerized preventative maintenance system is maintained according to standards.
- Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of all safety policies and standards and act in a lead role to exemplify. Work in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations, takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures (routine, emergency and preventative) for assigned facilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment, identifying problems and requirements.
- Contribute to the development of and enforce budgets and goals, as well as short term plans, annual plans, and long-range capital and operating plans.
- Act as project manager on capital projects; solicit bids, supervise contractors, and ensure contract compliance with insurance and safety requirements. Ensure record keeping and reporting is maintained according to established standards

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience required
- Prior experience with Aggregate Handling Equipment including conveyors, elevators, front end loaders, screeners and crushers.
