Maintenance/Handyman

Established handyman services company who provides services to property management companies has an opening for an additional handyman.

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, texturing, and basic cabinetry/wood working skills. You'll be working with our existing team members using company provided tools and vehicles. You must have a valid driver's license and no more than 2 moving vehicle offenses in the past 3 years. Experience driving a fully loaded pickup with trailer is a plus.

After a training period you'll also be put on our after hours rotation (typically 1 week on every 5 weeks or so) where you'll drive a company vehicle and respond to emergency calls if needed. Bonus compensation is provided for these types of calls.

Absolutely no sales. You'll be working with our existing clients on existing projects. Again all parts, tools, and vehicles will be provided by us.

This job offers regular work every week (minimum of 35 hours) plus paid holidays and also paid vacation after 1 year on the job. To apply please send resume.
