Handyman Wanted $1,000/Month + Priority Jobs Unique Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to support Property Manager handling 40 residential properties in New Haven County. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking a long-term working relationship with consistent monthly income, flexible scheduling, and priority access to additional paid work.

Compensation & Structure

$1,000/month base pay

Priority access to quoted jobs (additional pay per job)

3-month trial period

Flexible schedule you're free to take on other clients, but we must be your first priority

Must be able to respond to jobs within 2448 hours

Occasional weekend and late calls required

Photos required for all completed work before payment

Skills & Experience Required
Must be proficient in:

Painting walls and cabinets

Sheetrock & drywall including patches and repair

Light carpentry including stair repairs, simple siding fixes

Plumbing faucet replacements, leaks, clogs, diverters, snaking

Light electrical changing light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, replacing outlets

Light HVAC diagnosing no-heat issues on gas, oil is a plus

General home maintenance window repair, cabinet fixes, doorknobs, gutter cleaning

Occasional dump runs may be required
