We're Hiring: Civil Engineer

Looking for a great place to launch or grow your career? Join our well-established Land Planning, Land Surveying, and Site Engineering firm as a Civil Engineer and work on a diverse range of projectsfrom single-family developments to commercial complexes and municipal projects.

You'll collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and environmentalists to design stormwater management systems and site layouts while gaining valuable experience in an engaging, supportive environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design site projects including drainage and septic systems.
  • Manage site grading and prepare municipal applications.
  • Develop road and storm sewer designs that meet industry standards.
  • Assist with river backwater modeling and floodplain site design.
Who We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-standard software.
  • Experience: 0+ years (internship or academic work in AutoCAD/Civil 3D qualifies!).
  • Certifications: EIT preferred; P.E. License is a plus.
  • Additional Expertise: Experience with Civil 3D and HydroCAD is beneficial.
  • Personal Traits: Passion for engineering, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
