Job Description We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This role is crucial in supporting our National Energy Reliability Council (NERC) team, ensuring that all project sites are compliant. Responsibilities
- Submit proper documentation for project sites through SharePoint.
- Compile needed information, including material purchases, sheet submittals, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Obtain permits and other miscellaneous items.
- Process miscellaneous paperwork and reports such as job cost reports, weekly pending projects report, A/R collection reports, and timecards.
- Type and compile miscellaneous documents, including proposals and submittals.
- Assist with employee relations as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
