AGENCY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Description: Sun Eagle Corporation is a 47-year old General Contractor who builds CM@Risk, Design-Build, and municipal projects. We are seeking an AGENCY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER who has extensive experience in government, public, and corporate projects, preferably in Maricopa County. Note: you would be representing the Owner, not the General Contractor.

Experience should include:

• Project Management
• Scheduling
• Processing Submittals and RFIs
• Weekly Meetings
• Managing the General Contractor
• Processing monthly billings
• Experience in Procore software (preferred); Primavera P6 or MicroSoft Project software
• Bluebeam software
