Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of three to five union millwrights and electricians. This role requires expertise in either mechanical or electrical fields and involves 100% supervision. The successful candidate will manage industrial cranes, steel slitters, coating machines, and conveyor lines, along with secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, bearings, and cylinders. The position involves regular inspections and recording the condition of electrical equipment, collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality control during emergency breakdowns, coordinating machine downtimes, directing maintenance personnel, and inputting data into the CMMS program. Shift/Pay/Additional Information Shift: 2nd Shift (3PM - 11PM) Hours: Candidates should expect to work 5 or 6 days a week 8hr to 10hr shifts. Should expect to work 1-2 Saturdays a month. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary Straight time overtime after 40 hours Oversee a team of union millwrights and electricians.
