Aerotek is Hiring for an Electrician & Helper Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lead Electrician and helpers to join our team and perform service work at industrial facilities around the Hickory area. This role requires individuals who are team players and possess a professional demeanor as it is customer-facing. The schedule offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, and a three-day weekend every week. Candidates must have at least one year of electrical experience and a willingness to expand their skills and knowledge in the trade. Responsibilities Perform electrical service work at industrial facilities. Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively. Exhibit professionalism in customer-facing interactions. Contribute to the growth and development of the team. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Essential Skills Electrical experience (minimum of 1 year) Proficiency in conduit bending and wiring Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Experience in industrial environments Additional Skills & Qualifications Team player mindset Eagerness to learn and grow in the trade Respectful and professional demeanor Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
