Senior Estimator / Chief Estimator - Commercial Construction

Location: Boston, MA

Pay: $175,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience

Schedule: 4 days on site, 1 day WFH

We are working with a self-performing General Contractor located just outside of downtown Boston who specializes within the healthcare, life science, education, and government/defense sectors. They are looking for an experienced Senior/Chief Estimator who can streamline complex estimating processes, be a leader within a team environment, and ensure accurate, competitive bids.

Lead the estimating team, overseeing preparation of detailed cost estimates.

Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams.

Review project plans, specifications, and contracts for accurate estimation.

Develop subcontractor scopes and evaluate proposals.

What you need to succeed:

12+ years of experience in estimating for General Contractors

Strong understanding of self-performing general contractor operations.

Proficiency in estimating software (such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
