Business Development/Estimator Needed - Restoration Firm

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Restoration Company seeking an experienced Business Development/Estimator . This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Restoration/Construction industry ready to manage a motivated team. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid Residential/commercial/light industrial projects exceeding $500K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Business Development/Estimator OR Project Manager
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• BlueBeam, On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
• Specific experience in commercial painting required
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
