What You'll Do: Perform hands-on work including remodels (drywall, painting, carpentry), handyman tasks (repairs, installations), lawn care (mowing, landscaping), and land improvement (grading, leveling). Operate tools and small equipment (e.g., skid steers, mowers) with training provided. Work on diverse job sites, delivering top-notch service to meet client needs. Collaborate with the owner to learn new skills and grow with the business. What We're Looking For: Hard-working and reliable with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks. Physically capable of handling outdoor and construction work. Experience in construction, landscaping, or equipment operation is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Team player with a positive attitude.
