We strive to be an employer of choice! **What You-ll Do** The Senior Project Manager, Workfront Implementation, will oversee the implementation, training, roll out and adoption of the Workfront project management software amongst UP&E-s cross-functional Operations team. The Operations team currently lacks a centralized project management software, leading to inefficiencies in tracking projects, manual updates, inconsistent processes and challenges in executive reporting. This implementation will integrate Workfront with the current CAF asset management system, ensuring seamless transition between project tracking and asset management. **Minimum education qualification** + Bachelor's Degree **The ideal candidate will have:** + Engage with Franchise Strategy & Commercial Ops, Multimedia Ops, Creative Ops, and Product Ops to assess system needs and integration opportunities + Work with teams to build templates tailored to specific needs + Establish standardized executive reporting templates to develop reporting efficiency + Conduct Workfront training sessions for all Operations team members and Creative Partners + Develop user guides/videos and documentation + Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure successful connection between Workfront and CAF asset management system + Identify and resolve challenges that arise post-implementation + Provide ongoing user support to ensure adoption + Optimize workflows and reporting templates as needed + Workfront software licensing + Ongoing system maintenance beyond the 6-month period **The benefits our employees enjoy:** + 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
