As an estimator, you will provide proactive estimating on multiple projects, including providing quantity takeoffs, pricing, solicitation of bidders, bidding, and project contracting and kickoff. You strive for accuracy and correct cost estimates. As senior estimator, due to the uniqueness of each project, you use creativity in the take off and presentation to ensure a complete and accurate estimate. Ultimately you make certain that the company is being represented in accordance with Okland's core values.
