Generate business plans and expand revenue base through marketing, sales, and business development. Train, mentor, and supervise Special Projects Group's Project Engineers. Support and collaborate with company superintendents, foreman, engineers, detailers, and management to deliver quality and profitable projects.Essential Job Functions:1. Take leadership role and ownership of estimates, project scoping, proposals, project safety and project execution while meeting or exceeding department profitability goals.2. Ability to provide conceptual HVAC and plumbing designs for estimating purposes.3. Understanding of mechanical systems costing and value analysis.4. Effective communication with UMC engineering staff to ensure complete designs that convey clear scope and scope within project established budget.5.
