Some things you canexpect to do: Develop a working understanding of budgets, schedules,cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other managementtools Support Project Managers and Superintendents with various projectrelated tasks Help generate Requests for Information (RFIs) and trackapprovals Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawingcoordination Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with allinternal and external customers May have more involvement in entire jobcycle on selected projects under supervision Job Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or relatedfield 1+ year of experience in commercial construction Willingness totravel as needed to execute projects You will really stand out if you:Have general knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control andmaterial pricing Read and understand engineering drawings, purchaseorders, contracts, and cost coding systems Experience in ConstructionManagement Software (i.e. Procore) Design-build commercial constructionexperience Eligibility: Positions require verification of employmenteligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The salary range is \$63,500.00 - \$95,300. The salary base rate may vary within theanticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of theposition and the selected candidate\'s knowledge, skills, and abilities.Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may includecommission and/or an incentive program.
