(CEC), you'll be responsible for:Performing engineering design, analysis, task management, and project management duties on all types of transportation projects for a broad range of commercial, industrial, and government clients.Geometric studies, report writing, preliminary and final engineering, plan production, drainage design, construction staging, design and quantity calculations, cost estimates, and other related efforts.Managing highway and local roadway engineering projects to provide quality delivery of project submittals;Managing project contracts and financials, be involved with business development and marketing efforts including identifying potential opportunities and supporting proposal and interview efforts;Mentoring junior-level staffMonitoring workload needs throughout the entire project development.With 34 offices, and over 1,500 employees, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside collaborative team members, dedicated mentors, and experienced managers that are committed to supporting your career's success.Our team enjoys a work/life balance with our flexible and hybrid schedule options.
