Painter/Stainer Foreman

Qualifications- At least two years experience in the construction industry, with at least one year experience in the painting, staining, or carpentry trades.- At least intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish (fluency in the other).- Hard-working and attentive to detail.- Ability to work well with others and take responsibility.- Ability to lead others.Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations on-site and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies.- - Daily operations will most often include sanding, power washing, scraping, wire brushing, painting, staining, operating equipment such as ladders, sprayers, and boom lifts, as well as performing other necessary tasks to complete each project.- Supervise and manage a team of 4-5 workers, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.- Coordinate with project managers on completion of tasks.- Actively seek to constructively correct and train crew members as needed.- Assist in managing materials, equipment, and resources required for the project in coordination with project managers.
