They contribute to minimizing risks, ensuring compliance, and delivering successful outcomes for all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**: Monitoring and Inspecting Work Ensuring compliance Documenting Quality Activities Performing Tests and Inspections Reviewing Submittals and Documentation Coordination and Communication **Qualifications**: 5+ years of subcontractor management, QAQC, or related experience. Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques. Strong understanding of construction materials and methods. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
