Construction laborer and landscaping

Custom home design/builder. All phases from site work to finish carpentry. In business in Meredith since 1997. Owner retiring this fall, so seeking a temporary helper/ laborer from mid-May through August at owner's home constructing detached building. Involves landscape work, framing, stone wall construction, roofing, etc. Beautiful hilltop location with opportunities to learn different phases of construction. No real construction experience required but must be willing to lift heavy weights and not afraid of heights. Once this project is complete and employee wants to continue in residential construction owner can refer to quality builders. Perfect opportunity for college student regardless of their future career plans that wants a great summer job outside working with just owner and other long-term employee. Good attitude, honesty, and work ethic more important than experience. Must have transportation and spend day actually working, not on the phone. Flexible hours, but generally around 8:00 -4:30 (or later if more hours wanted). Once 40 hours then long weekend possible. No weekend work unless extra time wanted to make up for bad weather. Minimum age 18 due to OSHA requirements.
