Welder - Alton Park

Weld and assemble pipe components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, pumps, piping, and hydraulic components- Perform preventive maintenance on foundry or industrial machinery (e.g., furnaces, motors, conveyors)- Assist with equipment installations, including rigging and pipe fitting- Fabricate and install structural components, brackets, and support systems- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including LOTO and PPE protocols- Document maintenance and welding activities accurately------------------------------------------------------------------------Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in pipe welding and industrial maintenance- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (certification preferred but not required)- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work in high-heat, industrial environments and lift up to 75 lbs- Comfortable working from heights, ladders, and in confined spaces
