Welder (1st and 2nd shift) Pay: $23-$25 based on experience Shifts: 1st (6am-4:30pm) or 2nd (4pm-12:30am) Job Description We are seeking an Off-Shift Weld Lead who possesses proficiency in MIG welding, with skills in carbon, stainless, and aluminum materials being advantageous. The ideal candidate will be open to learning fabrication techniques and committed to working overtime, ranging from 50-60 hours a week, throughout the project duration. Responsibilities Perform proficient MIG welding, ensuring all weld tests are successfully completed. Engage in fabrication tasks, utilizing various equipment as needed. Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication outcomes. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met within the designated time frames. Proficiency in MIG welding and TIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
