We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fitter to join our fabrication team.
Fabrication Manufacturing, LLC has openings for Welders/ Fitters workers. Experienced, able to read and interpret blueprints is a plus. We offer competitive wages, safe work environment, team culture, paid holidays, promote from within, and safety.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Welder and/or Fitter in a manufacturing.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored Arc).
Strong knowledge of metal properties, welding symbols, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and torches.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods.

-Typical work week M-T 7am to 5:30pm
40+hour work weeks with overtime availability in afternoons and some Fridays or Saturdays.
-Starting pay range $18.00 + per hour based on experience, performance, and productivity.
