This role requires strong leadershipskills, a deep understanding of asphalt paving techniques, and the abilityto coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel on-site.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and direct asphalt paving crews to ensure productivity and qualitywork.Plan daily operations and allocate resources effectively.Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, andcompany policies.Monitor and maintain asphalt quality and compaction standards.Communicate with the Superintendent, Project Managers, and otherstakeholders regarding project progress and any issues.Conduct pre-job safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.Coordinate with truck drivers, equipment operators, and laborers tomaintain smooth workflow.Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during paving operations.Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and material usage.Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and performance.Hourly Range is $33/hour-$37/hourQualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
