This role requires hands-on leadership,strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate crews andmaterials effectively.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and lead concrete crews in tasks such as formwork, pouring,finishing, and curing.Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity.Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and properlymaintained.Monitor job progress and communicate with the Superintendent about any issuesor delays.Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper concrete placement andfinishing techniques.Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.Hourly Range is $33/hour-$37/hourQualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
