Carpenter Trainee

Under the direction of a preceptor, support and perform construction,installation, renovation, maintenance, inspection, and repair dutiesthroughout the Medical Center. Work from plans, specifications,blueprints, sketches, diagrams and verbal instructions as given bySupervisor. Fabricate cabinets, laminate counters, bookshelves and othersmall office fixtures. Maintains all fire-safety code standards.**Experience:** - Enrolled in a vocational education program at atechnical school **Education and Training:** - In process of completinghigh school, GED or trade school. **License, Certification gistration:** - DRIVER - Driver\'s License **AdditionalRequirements:** - Demonstrated ability to use communication devices,i.e., Smartphones, pagers, radios, telephones and computer devices andresponds within an appropriate time period.
