This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer - Technical Projects at DeBrine

Associates in the Pacific Northwest Region. The Project Engineer will be responsible

for project coordination, quality control, document management, and communication

related to technical construction projects.

Key **

  • Track, manage and maintain the organization of project documentation including project drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and equipment logs.
  • Coordinate with contractors to facilitate successful planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Communicate regularly with internal team members, contractors, vendors and stakeholders to address issues and keep projects on track.
  • Attend field walks to monitor construction progress, address issues and challenges in the field, and to ensure processes are being followed and quality standards are being met.
  • Bachelors degree in architecture, construction, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with construction documents, workflows, and processes.

Required Skills and ** *

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Project Management Software, Bluebeam).
  • Capable of reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
  • Skilled in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and clear reporting.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a solutions-focused mentality.
  • Lab, clean room, or prototyping environment experience is a plus.
  • Campus experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $125k to $140k annually, with a generous benefits

package. Compensation offered may vary based upon work location, experience,

qualifications, specialty training, and market and business considerations, among other

factors.
