salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities – Sr. Electrician

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment (including VFDs, PLCs, and control systems).

  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, panels, and distribution systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

  • Ensure safe operation of high- and low-voltage systems.

  • Support production by troubleshooting issues to reduce downtime.

  • Use CMMS (e.g., SAP) to track work orders and maintenance tasks.

  • Stay current on electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
