Senior Electrician

As an Electrician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in our facilities. You will report directly to our Senior Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of our aerospace operations by ensuring that all electrical systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall success of our projects and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hook up power, lighting and temperature controls (switch, lights, relays, etc.).

Determine appropriate components, wire size, protective covering and wiring layout.

Diagnose problems quickly to identify the causes of problems and determine effective courses of action to avoid extended periods of equipment downtime.

Report serious trouble to Supervisor in a timely manner to expedite additional resources as needed.

THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT

The annual base salary range for this position is $44.434/hour (plus any applicable shift differential). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

Must have a Minnesota Journeyman's License.

5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.

Training and/or experience working with the following: Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives; Automation Controls; Microsoft Applications

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools.

WE VALUE

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical systems is preferred.

Experience in the aerospace industry or related fields.
