Senior Project Assistant

RS&H is currently seeking a senior project assistant to join our team. This position will work a hybrid schedule in our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida.

As part of the Federal Architecture team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing project management assistance to support the successful execution of projects, taking over the administrative duties of the project. This position will manage administrative processes for general engineering consultant/contract (GEC) and/or may assist with joint venture (JV) processes; evaluate, select, and adapt standard procedures and processes for conventional projects/GECs; act as a liaison with stakeholders during contract development and subconsultant invoice processing; open and close projects in Deltek and maintain project record keeping; complete specifications editing and construction phase document management; develop and maintain project reporting for clients, including Deltek recordkeeping and reports; serve as a resource and mentor for junior assistants; and assist in the client management process, including opening and editing opportunities and participating in client management calls.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe/Bluebeam, and extensive knowledge of project assistant duties.
• Possess advanced organizational, prioritization, and oral and written communications skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
