Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Painters responsible for prepping surfaces and applying various coatings to commercial structures. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the demands of commercial job sites (including safety and efficiency), and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of surface preparation including, but not limited to, cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming on various substrates (drywall, metal, concrete, wood, etc.).
Apply paints, stains, sealers, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and various spray equipment (including airless sprayers).
Accurately estimate time and materials needed for tasks.
Erect, work from, and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and operate aerial lift equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts) safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to all company and site-specific safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handling of materials (SDS guidelines).
Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and working order.
Protect surfaces and surrounding areas from paint and damage (masking, covering).
Coordinate workflow with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and meets project specifications and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum [e.g., 2-3] years preferred) as a commercial painter.
Demonstrated proficiency in commercial painting techniques, including surface preparation and application methods (especially airless spraying).
Knowledge of various paint products, coatings, and their application.
Experience working safely with ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lift equipment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of job site safety practices (OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus).
Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working comfortably at heights for extended periods.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within the Metro Atlanta area and possess a valid Driver's License.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Strong work ethic, dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage (based upon experience and training. Pay starts at $17-$24 per hour).
