Location: Port of Tacoma (not accessible by public transit)
Schedule: Full-time, shifts vary and may start as early as 3:00 AM. Overtime and weekends are required based on production needs.
Pay: $23.16$27.15/hour DOE.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of VERIFIABLE construction experience. This means work history that can be confirmed through employer references (under-the-table jobs do not qualify).
• Complete the job application in its entirety and upload a CURRENT resume reflecting the last 10 years of work history.
• You must be 18+, pass a drug test (including marijuana) , and pass a background check.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Comfortable using basic tools and reading tape measures.
• Physically capable of lifting in excess of 50 lbs. and performing repetitive tasks in all weather conditions.
• Must join or be a member of LiUNA Local 252 Laborers Union. Under the CTC CBA in the Manufacturing Sector.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Duties:

• Work safely when operating or working around equipment.
• Follow directions communicated verbally and in construction drawings.
• Place and tie rebar.
• Identify fasteners and construction materials.
• Identify rebar and strand sizes.
