ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND **
- Employee is working in customers homes and/or businesses and is required to be kind, courteous and clean when on site.
- Employee should have knowledge of the following types of equipment
- Boilers, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, A/C and Water Heaters
- Heating Oil, Natural Gas, Propane (LP), Electric
- Employee is required to have EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
- Employees daily roles include preventive maintenance, service calls and installations of HVAC equipment
- Preventative Routine/annual cleanings and service of equipment to make sure everything is working properly
- Service Trouble shoot customer issues with their equipment and bring the equipment back to proper operation
- Installation Retro fits, change outs or new construction installation of HVAC equipment.
- ** Hand tools, tool bags/boxes, vacuums and specialty tools are transported by the employee to and from vehicle, job depending.
- Employee should be able to lift and carry 50lbs of weight without issue.
- Employee should be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel and work overhead without issue.
- Employee should be able to lift step ladders on and off company vehicles.
- Employee should be able to hook up, haul, park and disconnect a trailer.
- Employee should be able to utilize appliance hand trucks, loaded, up and down staircases.
- Employee should be able to properly use hand tools and power tools correctly.
- Employee is issued a company van that they are responsible for keeping clean and orderly.
- Company vehicle is kept at the employees home when not working.
- Company vehicle is to be used to travel to and from scheduled jobs
- Company vehicles should be treated with respect and driven in accordance to all company policies, local, state and federal laws.
