Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. - Low-cost shared dormitory housing available for $65/ week including utilities and wi-fi

- Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
- Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
- Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
- Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor
- Operate company vehicles for transportation of materials across the property
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
- Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- No college degree required
- Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
