Our client is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations across a diverse portfolio of entities, including affordable housing, social services, and nonprofit initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned finance executive ready to shape long-term strategy and ensure fiscal excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage finance, accounting, and budgeting functions across multiple entities
Oversee financial planning for property acquisitions and construction projects
Deliver timely financial reports, forecasts, and insights to the CEO
Monitor cash flow and ensure funding for operations and capital initiatives
Manage program, grant, and contract budgets with a focus on compliance
Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and internal controls
Collaborate with executive leadership to manage risk and drive mission impact

Qualifications:
CPA (must) with a Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting
610 years of senior-level finance and accounting experience
5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong background in audit, grant oversight, and multi-entity reporting
Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems
Preferred: Experience in affordable housing development or social service organizations
A collaborative, detail-oriented leader with a passion for community impact
