Were looking for a results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales, strategic thinking, and client management. In this role, youll own your territorydeveloping new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth with the full support of our dedicated internal teams.
What Youll Do
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute territory sales strategies to hit revenue and growth goals.
Own Client Relationships: Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within the mining sector.
Understand the Market: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Close Deals: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to contract signing.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless customer experience.
Deliver Insights: Report on pipeline, sales performance, and customer feedback to guide business strategy.
Mentor & Support: Share best practices and provide guidance to junior sales team members when needed.
What You Bring
Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinking backed by analytical skills
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-focused
Willingness to travel throughout the territory (company vehicle provided)
Ability to work remotely when not on the road
Compensation & Perks
Base Range: $60K$80K (deferred base structure)
1st-Year Earnings Potential: Up to $90K
Top Performer Earnings: Over $200K
Company Vehicle + travel expenses covered
Remote Work when not traveling
