Civil Estimator-Site Development

W are parterned with a contractor who specializes in precision grading , setting the foundation—literally—for successful construction projects across residential, commercial, and civil sectors. We're looking for a Civil Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive bids that drive our projects forward.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements for grading and site work
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop project scopes
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Review proposals for completeness and accuracy
• Participate in bid reviews and presentation
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction (grading, earthwork, site development preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadline
