Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and gear design tools
• Conduct stress, fatigue, and efficiency analysis on gear systems.
• Perform simulations and physical tests to ensure durability and performance.
• Work with production teams to optimize gear fabrication processes.
• Designing and developing gear systems for different applications.
• Conducting mechanical analysis to ensure efficiency and durability.
• Implement and support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Staying updated with industry standards like AGMA and ISO.
• Selecting materials and manufacturing processes for gear production.
• Collaborating with engineers and production teams to refine designs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
