We're looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our integration strategy between Salesforce and Neo Helix (LIMS), while also driving governance, scalability, and long-term success of the Salesforce platform. What You Bring + Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments + Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and system design + Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions + Knowledge of LIMS or similar laboratory systems is a plus + Passion for mentoring, governance, and sustainable architecture What You'll Do Lead Integration Architecture + Drive the architectural design and end-to-end solutioning of the Salesforce-Neo Helix (LIMS) integration. + Define integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards for performance, reliability, and scalability. Align Stakeholders + Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment. + Translate complex business needs into sustainable, scalable Salesforce solutions. Govern the Platform + Set and enforce best practices for data modeling, security, and performance. + Review and approve all technical solutions, ensuring consistency, quality, and maintainability. Drive Transition Planning + Lead the smooth transition from the current vendor (Persistent), ensuring zero disruption and complete knowledge transfer. + Provide leadership stability through organizational and vendor shifts. Define the Technical Roadmap + Partner with IT and business leaders to define a future-proof Salesforce architecture roadmap. + Proactively identify and address technical debt and architectural risks. Mentor & Elevate the Team + Act as a trusted advisor and coach to internal Salesforce developers, admins, and project teams. + Promote capability-building and hands-on knowledge transfer. Own Project Oversight + Collaborate with project managers to ensure architectural milestones are met on time and within scope. + Contribute to planning, estimation, and execution of integration workstreams. Stay Independent from Commercial Excellence + Maintain focus on platform and integration initiatives, operating independently from Commercial Excellence priorities. Commit to the Long Game + Provide ongoing architectural leadership through 2026 and beyond as the platform evolves and scales.
