MEP Superintendent

Your new company This company is a third-generation family-owned developer-builder working out of Long Island, New York. They have established themselves as one of the leaders in public sector construction as well as residential development in NYC. They are looking for an MEP Superintendent to join their team. Your new role You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, more specifically focusing on the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing aspects of projects. You will ensure scheduling, budget, quality and customer satisfaction with this role also requiring problem-solving, excellent communication and leadership and proven experience of working with project managers, management, project support staff and in order to deliver the company's commitment to clients in terms of progress, completion and quality. What you'll need to succeed Experience as an MEP Superintendent with 6-8 years' working in both union and non-union projects. They are ideally looking for MEP Supers who have a broad range of experience bringing projects out of the ground, in addition to SCA work. An NYC DOB license is preferred but not essential.
