General Laborer

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced Grading and Paving company. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by performing various tasks and maintenance.Responsibilities:- Follow Safety Protocol.- Able to use a shovel and other paving equipment.- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating machinery.- Work in a team.- Participate in quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of paving equipment.- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the lead supervisorExperience:- Previous experience in grading and paving or similar environments is highly desirable.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.- Knowledge of mechanical principles is beneficial.- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials, with a focus on safety and efficiency.Skills:- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.- Experience operating small and heavy machinery is a plus.- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
