Construction Laborer**Pay Rate:** $18/HR**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Potential for Overtime)**Location:** San Antonio, TX**Job Overview:**We are seeking a hardworking and dependable **Construction Laborer** to join our clients team. This role requires reporting to the home office each morning before traveling with a crew member to various job sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in outdoor environments, performing physically demanding tasks, and using hand tools to assist in construction projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup- Use hand tools, shovels, and other equipment to perform various labor duties- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized worksite- Work closely with crew members to complete tasks efficiently- Load and unload materials as needed- Adapt to changing job site locations and responsibilities each day**Requirements:**- Must have **reliable transportation** and a **valid drivers license**- Previous experience in **construction, general labor, or similar field** preferred- Ability to **lift 50+ lbs**, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks- Comfortable working in **various outdoor conditions**, including heat, cold, and rain- Strong work ethic, **punctuality**, and ability to follow instructions- Basic knowledge of **hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques** is a plus**Travel Requirements:**- **The position requires weekly travel for the entire week.**- The employer will cover housing and meals during this time.If you're a motivated team player looking for steady work in the construction industry, apply today!
