Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair 120V–480V systems, motors, control wiring, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and transformers.

  • Perform diagnostics, read blueprints/schematics, and follow NEC and LOTO safety standards.

  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

  • Perform MIG, arc, plasma, and oxy-fuel welding.

  • Utilize fabrication equipment to complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (State of Georgia preferred) 5–10 years experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing electrical work Excellent knowledge of 3-phase systems, motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in elevated/confined spaces Technical training or electrical certification preferred

Responsibilities

Licensed Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Technician
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensures all work complies with electrical codes and supports uptime and safety goals.

Electrical Duties :
Install/repair 120V–480V systems, motors, control wiring, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and transformers. Read/write schematics and blueprints. Perform diagnostics using meters, ohm and Megger testing. Conduct PMs, follow LOTO, and maintain documentation.

Mechanical Skills (Level I–III) :

  • Pneumatics: Work with compressed air systems; troubleshoot and install air logic from schematics.

  • Hydraulics: Identify components, explain force transmission, and troubleshoot advanced hydraulic circuits (valves, cylinders, pumps).

  • Plumbing: Layout/install various systems (sweat, glued, screwed, welded); size pumps; use plumbing codes and fabricate supports.

  • Welding: Perform arc, MIG, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting.

  • Fabrication: Use all shop equipment to complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements :
Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician License. 3–8 years industrial experience. Excellent in 3-phase systems, PLCs, NEC compliance. Must lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces. Tech degree or certifications preferred.
