Senior Architect

We re currently hiring for a Senior Architect to join a highly reputable architecture firm focused on nonprofit projects across schools, churches, libraries, and community housing.

Location: Marion, IN (100% Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ years in Architecture or Structural Engineering Start: ASAP

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor s in Architecture (or Structural Engineering)

• 10+ years of experience (licensed preferred) or 15+ without a license

• Hands-on construction field experience (not just drawings)

• Recent Revit experience

• Leadership & mentorship capability

Nice-to-Haves:

• Licensed Architect/Engineer

• Nonprofit or community project experience

• Long-term leadership potential
