Your Role as Civil Design Engineer:
As a Civil Design Engineer, you'll work closely with our internal design teams to review site development projects from a technical, constructability, and cost-efficiency standpoint. You'll assist in the coordination of multiple design disciplines and support the successful execution of project goals.
What You'll Do:
Support site design across civil, landscape, pool, and retaining wall elements.
Assist in reviewing construction documents for pleteness, constructability, aesthetics, and alignment with pany standards.
Help coordinate across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural, etc.) to ensure consistency and avoid design conflicts.
Support budget takeoffs, estimates, document management, utility coordination, and schedule tracking.
Develop technical skills in design, budget analysis, and constructability reviews.
Assist in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and distributing documents.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience or time spent in a formal internship program.
Skills:
Ability to read and understand construction plans.
Strong organizational and munication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Acrobat (AutoCAD preferred).
Willingness to travel as needed.
