TRACK LOADER OPERATOR (Lebanon, Manheim, or Quarryville Locations)

Responsibilities:

- Operate track loader in a safe and responsible manner
- Understand maintenance chart and perform daily equipment maintenance
- Efficiently move dirt, strip topsoil, cut fill and put to grade
- Compact soil properly
- Ability to read and interpret plans and grade sheets
- Ability to calculate grades and percentages
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Operator's Assistant
- Set up lasers
- Schedule and organize trucks
- Pay attention to fine details and completely finish job

Qualifications:

- Valid Drivers License required - CDL Class A or B License preferred
- Required: 2 years of heavy equipment experience
- Preferred: Track loader experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
