Precast Concrete Laborer / Finisher Full-Time Position

Location: Eustis, FL
Compensation: Based on experience | Full-time | MondayFriday

Job Description:
We are a growing precast concrete manufacturing company based in Eustis, FL, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Precast Concrete Laborers / Finishers. This is a full-time position with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

Pouring and finishing concrete into precast molds

Stripping, cleaning, and prepping forms

Placing rebar and mesh reinforcement

Using trowels and other tools to achieve a smooth finish

Lifting, moving, and setting products

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Assisting with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous concrete or construction experience preferred (finishing experience a plus)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
