Job Description We are seeking a talented Project Architect to develop conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation. The role involves adhering to budget and schedule constraints while planning and programming the layout of projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of industry standards in architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes, and basic MEP systems. Additionally, you will assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications. Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation.
- Adhere to budget and schedule constraints.
- Plan and program the layout of projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards in architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes, and basic MEP systems.
- Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Proficiency in Revit, Architectural design, Architecture, Construction documents, AutoCAD, Construction administration, and Schematic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Registered architect or ability to become registered within 2 years.
- 3+ years of experience as an architectural designer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
