Project Manager
Job Description

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, coordinating all technical aspects of projects. This includes attending project meetings focused on design and construction and preparing design and contract documents. The role also involves assisting the construction administration team during the construction phase and coordinating technical issues with project consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all technical aspects of the project.
  • Attend project meetings involving design and construction.
  • Prepare design and contract documents.
  • Assist the construction administration team during the construction phase.
  • Coordinate technical issues with project consultants.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience designing public-use facilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphics programs.
  • Strong design background .
  • Attention to detail and ability to see the overall scope of a project.
  • Ability to effectively assemble building components into a complete package.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with architecture.
  • Project management experience.
  • Registered Architect.
  • Proficiency in drafting and architectural design.
  • Experience in design development and schematic design.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and public work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Full benefits to be provided - medical, dental, vision, etc.. 17 days PTO and holiday schedule. Full package can be sent to candidates upon request.
