This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with remodeling or construction experience who can confidently lead job sites, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and communicate timelines with clients. Actively manage schedules and timelines to prevent delays and ensure that projects are on time and within budget. Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members. Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely. Interact directly with clients from design development through final installation and maintenance contracts. Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed Develop Project Management Office methodology and documentation to streamline project submission and implementation Qualifications Computer savvy with specific skills in Builder trend, Procore or similar software Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun Minimum 5 years experience in field Why join the Kitchen Tune-Up team?
