General Contractor looking for part-time carpenter

We are looking to hire a moderately experienced carpenter . This is not an entry-level position. Looking for 10+ years of carpentry experience. Must have and be able to show proof of current ICEC and $1 million liability insurance.

Must have at least two years of experience in:
- Basic framing
- Installing doors
- Installing trim(baseboard, and casing, windows, etc.)
- Installing tongue and groove
- Installing siding, (soffit, facia, etc.)

We are for looking someone who has a general understanding of the following trades as well. You dont have to be proficient yet if youre capable of taking on the following tasks you will be considered over those who dont have experience in the following:

- Installing flooring
- Hanging drywall
- Tape and texture
- Setting cabinets
- Painting

We are growing company, with work all across the valley. If you can show proficiency, reliability, and knowledge of the trade then there is definitely potential for advancement and foreman consideration.

Individuals without the following will not be considered:

- ICEC
- $1 million liability insurance
- Reliable truck (to haul tools and material)
- Hand Tools of your own (impact, drill, skillsaw, tool belt, etc.)

Starting rate: $25-30+/ hr DOE
This is a part-time position that has the potential to grow into a full-time position depending upon your performance
